I love this place! Paul, Tay and Ben are awesome! It's a friendly atmosphere and they make me feel like family. I am 58 yrs old and have not worked out in several years. I was hesitant due to a prior bad experience with a personal trainer at another gym and swore I would never do that again. But Paul assured me that he would work with me at a pace that was appropriate for my age and level of ability. I'm excited for the progress I'm making. I'm happy with my decision to give Impact Fitness a try. Highly recommend!
