I’ve been working out at this gym since I was in middle school, and it’s truly like a second home to me. Denny and his crew are the best—always welcoming, supportive, and pushing you to be your best. The environment is unmatched, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through the door. If you’re looking for a place to grow stronger both physically and mentally, this is it!
I can't speak highly enough of Impact Fitness. We first joined a few months ago with my oldest son who is 10. He is not a sports guy and honestly did not like fitness at all. We came to Impact Fitness and met with Cory. We didn't want a gym that yelled at our son. We explained the situation and Cory got it immediately. All of the coaches here have been AMAZING.
