I would not use this company and i would give it a negative stars if i could. The way they do is stringing you from 1 thing to the next. We keep having to pay them and still nothing gets done. They are more like a professional scam . We had them come to inspect the smoke alarm system. The funny thing is they are rushing us and make us pay right after the guy finished the inspection when we did not even get the report and even the contract says we have 30 days to make the payment . The tech was cool, explained the system well. Got overcharged by the company though. The tech told me, he was going to shoot some air thru my system to make sure the lines were clear, "sounds good, I appreciate it," an additional $45 charge. Was told I only needed 3 of the 8 heat links above my vents. Instead of taking the extra, or even some of the extra out, the tech was told to slid all of them to then end out of the way, where there's no equipment. I am the operations manager at Crab DuJour a Seafood Restaurant; We utilize Impact Fire for Fire/Sprinkler system testing, service, and maintenance. On Christmas Day a sprinkler pipe burst, I reached out to the service manager, via FaceTime he assisted with turning the water off; Then in February I called and scheduled for Impact to come and fix the issue.
