We have been doing business with this company for many many years. We use to be on schedule to get our 30+ fire extinguishers and our exits signs service when they were due without having to call them. Which stop happening about 3-4 years ago. Not a big deal, we now call to schedule a service. I called to schedule the service as we have an inspection happening soon and our fire extinguishers and exit signs needs to be service as soon as possible. Exceptional service by the entire Impact Fire team! My company has been using them for over 10 years. The staff and technicians know what they're doing and are honest and trustworthy. When booking appointments, the staff in the office (shout out to Debra, Jessica, Eric & others) are always accommodating to our schedule.
