Their technicians are absolutely the rudest most condescending people I’ve ever met. They will set off fire alarms for 4 hours straight at a business that’s not being serviced by them and not feel the need to tell you about it. Then when you go confront him about it he will tell you to “f” off and that he doesn’t owe us letting us know his work somewhere else would be impacting my business too.
Spoke with Laura to get a couple extinguishers ordered for a jobsite, she was incredibly friendly and helpful; and they were able to work us into their schedule for delivery sooner than originally anticipated. Positive experience.
