Would not recommend! Large triple sliding door ordered in April 2023 which did not get installed until November 2023. - after multiple phone calls and emails trying to get updates. Needed an inspection and found out the permit paperwork was not completed correctly so they had completed the work without a permit. Paperwork finally submitted correctly and inspection finally done in April 2024 and fails - they installed trim before inspection so had to wait for them to get engineer to submit paperwork indicating it was installe... read more
Nice tidy job installing a PGT triple slider at our house today. Smart, courteous and efficient crew left hardly a crumb behind. As someone else already said, Herb was always responsive when I had scheduling questions. Today, Chris Woods and his team captain, Adam, were also right there for me when I had an urgent, post-installation question. I would be happy to be a Stuart Glass client again when the need arises.
Excellent company to work with! The crew was courteous and professional. Herb always responded quickly when I had questions about the installation.
