Impact refused to fix their error in drawing up plans and not having them approved by both my sewer authority and stormwater engineering firms as well as not checking to see that stormwater facilities had been installed on the property as per the county records. (You can’t put a utility lateral through a stormwater bed) Now I’ve had to have another engineering firm fix the issue because Jason gave me a “not my problem” and “This project has run its course”.
