The guys were great to talk with when they installed our system. 3 years later, our A/C isn't working. I called to get it serviced, hopefully under warranty, but the guy who installed our system quit around the time they installed our system and Impact closed their plumbing department 8 months later. So, they gave me the number of the guy who quit. I called him and he wouldn't take any responsibility for the workmanship (obviously being a different company). Exceptional customer service and an extremely responsive company. They handle your project with the utmost care and attention from the very start all the way to completion. I also really appreciate a company that does everything they can to empower the community they live in and give back in some sort of way.
