Dean is a nice guy, however I have a partially installed Alarm system that for his personal reasons won’t either complete the install or come round and remove and take the system back if that is what he’d prefer. Is not answering my calls and starting a dialogue.
Great service and good advice on what systems to get in place. Would return and recommend. Cheers
Good and quick response
Can’t get hold of Dean to reset the alarm after a WiFi change. Can’t be contacted on mobile or office and when we did get hold of him via email a few weeks ago he wouldn’t provide the codes to enable us to reset ourselves. Shoddy to say the least. Paying a monthly maintenance fee and we had to chase for the yearly service. When arrived didn’t change the battery soo not sure what we were paying for. Not good service in our opinion.
High quality work! Couldn’t ask for a better team to install. Definitely went the extra mile. Great service and not a lot of money! Highly recommended… 5 stars
