Brought in for a oil leak, never gave a estimate. I had to call to see what was going on and they said it was done and it was a little over $1000 dollars. I drove it 8 miles back to my shop and it was still leaking and had to take it back. Then they said it was a cover that was needed and it was another $177. I brought my dodge in for a repair. I was told they wouldn’t get to it for a week. I called once a week after week 2 to see if they had a chance to look at it. After 5 weeks I decided to bring to complete diesel sine they weren’t sure when they’d be able to look at it. The first day at Complete Diesel, they Diagnosed and gave me an estimate for the repair. I came to impact a few months ago because my old 7.3 F350 was losing boost. It had recently spent 2 weeks parked at another shop and hadn’t been worked on so time was a concern to begin with. It is quite reasonable to need a few days before you can get to a vehicle due to the high volume of vehicles they get to work on. Impact got back to me in 2 days and said they had taken the truck out and messed with the boost gauge and it was no longer having issues. I had my 05 6.0L truck Bulletproofed 2 years ago by Impact Performance Diesel with a new EGR cooler, Air-To-Oil cooler, ARP head studs and new head gaskets. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I waited this long to write the review because I wanted to give it some time and put some miles on the truck before making any comments. I would and have highly recommended Impact Performance Diesel to other diesel owners that I know.
