The team at Impact did an amazing job with landscaping our new home. They were very detailed in their work and the outdoor refresh looks great! Jeff was very responsive and helpful through coordinating and finalizing the plan. We will continue to utilize Impact for all of our landscaping needs!
What a great experience with Impact Landscaping. We just had a pool built in our backyard and the pool builder only does a rough grade. We hired Impact to come in and provide a finish grade with topsoil and seeding. We also had them add 9 skyrocket junipers. Jeff put together a great design. He handed the work off to Mike and his field crew. They came in with all of the proper equipment and did an outstanding job with everything. Grass is coming in nicely after 2 weeks. I’m not impressed with the company on multiple occasions i have had issues with property damage and they tend to linger and loiter around the property. Today I witnessed them using our private association property as a meetup point for unmarked cars to come park and trespass since they’re not here conducting business and having a private meeting here instead which just isn’t right. Call up your guys if you wanna chit chat or meet at your shop. Super unprofessional
Not happy with this company.. unprofessional workers often slacking and pretending to work. They don’t pay attention at all, They didn’t mulch when they said they were and when they finally did they completely covered and ripped out fresh flowers i planted.
Have had multiple incidents with this company in the past few months. This is the 4th time they have mowed over freshly planted grass seed i did myself at the condo that you are supposed to be paying for because we pay you to manage our property and you don’t do a good job at it.
