Our recliner finally bit the dust, and we had found a replacement at a store across town--but distance didn't matter; we don't have a vehicle we could schlep it in. Impact picked it up, delivered it, assembled it, and took the packaging away for what the furniture store would've charged just to deliver it and bring it inside. Rasmin was courteous and efficient, and even guided my wife through the un-reclining process (slightly different for the new chair). I strongly recommend Impact Delivery & Assembly.
