I am immensely grateful for Impact Counseling and Coaching. Melania is incredibly kind and warm, and well organized. Meagan Lenz has changed my life for the better with her consistent support and encouragement. She listens, like *really* listens, and offers me ample tools to work through my experiences and the day to day. She has helped me make sense of so many things that I couldn't see nor understand were affecting me.
I’ve been coming to Impact for about a year now to help with both romantic and familial relationship struggles as well as anxiety and to a certain degree, identity. I love working with Meagan; she is a safe space where I can be honest and real. She pushes me to grow, but at my own pace, and she has great “homework” to help keep me grounded and intentional through the week. I highly recommend her!
I was very disappointed with the unprofessional remark that was made at me during my session. I will not be returning to this office!
