My child went here for counseling (a few sessions) for mental health issues and was opening up, but when we needed to make new appointments no with our new insurance one would return phone calls. This occurred for weeks until I gave up. Pretty terrible considering you’re dealing with parents of children who are struggling. I shouldn’t be begging for appointments or your staff to return calls. After giving up with the Inverness location, I tried the Beverly Hills location and dealt with the same issue so either this is a norm... read more

No one ever picks up the phone. Called and called for a month finally got someone and then I needed to do an intake before they could place me with a counselor. It’s almost 2 months since the intake and haven’t heard a word. For anyone struggling with mental health the astronomical wait times is insane here. Will try somewhere else and hoping for better results.
My son is currently going thru the diversion program, which is going great he is also receiving therapy and has really bonded with his therapist, which is also amazing. I have tried to get my son to consider counseling in the past, but he has refused because of the stigma that he feels happens.
