I was with IMPACT therapy for maybe 6 months and gained very little relief from it. I saw two therapists. The first I didn’t even get her name. It was my first ever appointment and by my next appointment I was scheduled to be with anther therapist with no explanation. It made me feel terrible, like I said way too much my first session. would not recommend. i’m very happy that people on here had a good experience and i’m so proud of those of you that overcame your struggles via impact but i had 3 therapists here. the first one was a mix between really good and really bad i get the feeling she cared more about my behavior. the second was just unprofessional as could be. the third one was so awful (to me at least) that to this day 3 years later she’s still part of the reason i wanna work in healthcare or psychiatry and she made me feel worse instead of better... read more

Impact was able to get all of my family members appointments with almost no wait time. They are excellent at dealing with insurance for the clients. Additionally, all staff are super helpful with scheduling needs. One therapist worth highlighting is Christina. She is an endless source of encouragement, resources, and logical approach to helping clients reach their goals. Her range of expertise is expansive.
