No training, no intern supervision or help, workload is unreasonable and cannot be done in a 40 hour workweek. They hire unqualified people to be counselors, no Bachelor's degree much less a Master's degree. The kids they help are the ones really suffering and paying for their dishonesty. Sad and unethical.
