I have used Lester on many occasions. I can recommend impact with great confidence. They are very attentive to my needs and available whenever I need them and at a very reasonable fee. Keep up the great work Impact!
They paid out the incorrect company my money on closing. They did not have the proper paperwork and my money ended up held up for days because of their careless attitude. For this I filed a law society complaint against them as they do not seem to know what the law is and therefore should not be dealing with legal issues.
