Impact Drywall responds to my every call quickly and on standby a majority of the time. I use them often for my projects throughout the different properties that I manage. They always make sure that the end results are above expectations and work efficiently. Will definitely continue to count on them to assist me. Been using them for years. I did see a different review and just know that verbal communication was provided to the homeowner and assistance was provided in figuring out a solution.
Ironically here to leave a review from the same job as the one other review of this company. I only leave negative reviews as a last resort; I asked this company to work with me to remedy a situation and have received no response. As the paying homeowner of that repair, this is the first I've seen the work done. My experience working with this business was not positive as I was completely left off all communications about the work being done.
