The initial service on our personal vehicle was great, and we had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, the second service completely changed our trust in this shop. We are not afraid to pay for legitimate damage or repairs; we simply asked for documentation so we could properly file a claim with insurance. I picked this shop because of the great reviews, after being rear ended. I unfortunately did not receive one call regarding progress on our vehicle, after being told i would. I initiated all calls to check on status, which were several, as I had a rental car and had to extend use with my insurance company. I called multiple other places in attempt to replace the headlight bulb on my ‘98 Benz E430, and was told they cannot do that service for me but the guys at Impact were able to get me in the day after I called, when I went to pick up my vehicle from Impact, it ran and drove fine the 5 minutes back to my house, but then I tried to start it the next day to drive it to work and nothing was happening.
