I've only gone in for an initial quote, but Jerry was super kind and very efficient!
The initial service on our personal vehicle was great, and we had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, the second service completely changed our trust in this shop. We are not afraid to pay for legitimate damage or repairs; we simply asked for documentation so we could properly file a claim with insurance.
