Poor communication & lousy time management. Unable to meet their own deadlines, multiple times.
1 star is to much, they take forever to do anything & they don’t communicate and they said the car would be ready today and they never even put the parts in lmao.
I cannot rate the quality of workmanship, because 1 1/2 years later, my pickup is still not repaired! ZERO communication, and I even ordered (and paid for) the replacement fender as they could not seem to obtain one. Very disappointed...
Very nice people. They gave my car back very very clean, better than when I left it there.
