My husband spoke with someone named Adam who told him to bring our car in after he was in a wreck. When he got there, the employee refused to take the car and said he would need to talk to his boss (Adam) first. When my husband tried to explain to him that he already spoke with Adam and was told to bring the car in and even tried to show him the text messages, the employee told him to leave and stop wasting his time and was extremely rude and dissmissive. Horrible customer service. We will not be coming back.
