Will never use them again. State farm recommended them. They had my mustang for almost 3 months. Kept pushing out the finish date. When I got my car back, the driver door had no calibration, driver headlight was still not working, and driver fender flap was completely gone. Then the next week we got a heavy rain. Don't even bother slowing down to look. Just keep driving. Truly pathetic customer service
I had a terrible experience here. The vehicle is worse off after the repairs. They did damages to the drivers side door. I addressed this with the mechanic in person and he blatantly lied and said that the door panel was not removed to do the repairs even though the receipt shows they replaced a part within the door. Secondly they gave me the incorrect key. The key they gave me does not work in the drivers side door.
