This is a great company to hire. I purchased a new house, carpets looked ragged and I was considering getting them replaced. The Impact team came out and evaluated my carpet, determined it was still good carpet for years more. They did a cleaning and some carpet stretching. Dan is great! I had an issue in which he shared his immense knowledge with me. My problem was resolved without a visit due to his help. He went way above and beyond; the customer service was excellent. I will certainly be contacting him in the future for his company's services. His prices when getting quoted were more reasonable than anyone else in the area also. I cannot say enough nice things about Dan and his company. Check them out!
