I cannot say my experience at Impact met expectations. The staff were very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, the treatment itself was where things fell short. I was referred by my doctor for Shockwave therapy to address tennis elbow. At my initial visit, I completed an assessment and was then placed on a TENS machine with an ice pack.
