I was in need of services and I thought I was getting just that. I met with Dr. Joseph over the phone or video call a total of 4 times I believe in the few months I was a patient there. I was never given appointment times for him only Ester and the secretary is terrible at giving an appropriate answer to questions. The last time I spoke with Dr. Joseph was around December 5th. It is February now and still haven't heard from him. I have messaged the secretary and asked to not be seen anymore. I feel that I was failed by them.
I've been going to therapy at Impact Carolina for about 11-12 years now. My therapist, Dr. Joseph Adedokun has always been a very compassionate, and understanding Doctor! He doesn't just see "you as a new patient" he see's you as a person, who needs guidance and compassion. Whether with one, or many diffrent psychological and/or contributing physical challenges, and then gets started on day one of your appointment. The doctors do not care they are not professional. They do not know what they are doing. They need to shut that place down.
☆☆BEWARE☆☆ if I could give impact negative 5☆ i would because it is truly a horrible place stay far away from impact Carolina if you have anything more then just seasonal light depression and you need a real Psychiatrist that actually care about something other than how much money they can make off you. This place will do nothing but make things worse for you.
