Excellent job on my Audi e tron. Scratches repaired very well and a dent in the back door fixed. Would definitely recommend.
Fitted me in same day… did what he said within the timescale given… charged less than quoted… extremely happy with finish… will be using again
Unsure if we caught the guy on a bad day but he was very dismissive and wouldn’t let my sister get a word in edgewise and kept cutting her off when she was speaking. He was honest and said the job on the car was too big for him to do and recommended another place. However when my sister asked a question his response was “did you not hear what I just said”. Unprofessional manner
Paul recently did a repair job on the door of my BMW. Paul was a delight to deal with and did a very good job. The price seemed reasonable and I would definitely use Impact again if I am unfortunate enough to need another repair.
