I would not recommend anyone to this "organization" they require of this personal data from you and do not provide you with tangible resources such as employment nor housing. My last impacted specialist wasn't helpful that she wouldn't let me find a second job during the times I worked less than 10 hours. Because I fell for her trap I'm on a financial crisis now and thank God I found a second job without her interfering with what I have to do to take care of my family. If you need help finding a job don't waste your time with impact advisors that tell you not find another job. When contacted for intake, I was very specific with what training, skills, and knowledge the person needs to have to safely work with me. After intake spoke with their supervisor, they said the organization would be "willing to work with me." I asked, but is anyone trained and experienced working with my mental health condition? They said no. Considering therapists are ethically required to work within their scope of competency and training, this concerned me very much.
Unprofessional and under qualified. They hire individuals who are clearly underpaid and not fully prepared themselves to handle other people’s issues (recent college students often ill prepared to tackle real world problems). Their communication skills are severely lacking and they often are unable to maintain appointments. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
