I purchased a Northstar battery from them 3 years ago and contacted them about a warranty replacement (48 month manufacturer warranty). I had already done some troubleshooting on my own then performed more at their behest. At that point, I asked if I got a parts store to sign off that the battery needed to be replaced would they honor it and was told no (they wanted more testing which had been done already). It was clear they merely wanted to avoid a warranty claim. Buyer's use caution!
I purchased a Motobatt motorcycle battery from another online vendor. One of the terminals was defective (one hole was not threaded). In trying to find the manufacturer's info, I first ended up contacting a different vendor, who ended up giving me the phone number for Impact Battery. Thinking it was the Motobatt number, I called to describe my problem with the product.
