I simply cannot fault these lads -.Lewis was fantastic! All was OK until I got home one night to find the wrong colour tiles fitted in my new bathroom. They blamed the suppliers but they had not checked this against the order when I asked the fitter he said he doesn't get the order form😕 The same make but wrong colour most of the bathroom was already done. We decided to mix the colour we wanted with the colour they fitted it looks OK. The first time I used the shower we had a massive flood into the kitchen downstairs. The leak was fixed the next day but the kitchen ceiling is st... read more

We have just had our new bathroom installed with Impact bathrooms. Will, the fitter has done an outstanding and professional job. It was a total rip out and renew. Walk in shower, wall units, marble worktop, wall hung toilet etc etc. The workmanship was first rate. Will was punctual, super tidy and kept us informed of everything all the way through the project, which took 2 weeks. We whole heartedly recommend both Impact Bathrooms.
