I was passing through Blairmore and stopped at the shell to check my car over because of a suspicious noise that was getting worse and realized one of my front tires had 4 loose lug nuts. They sent me assistance and tightened my tire within 10 minutes. I’m so grateful. Good people.
Helped us out greatly with emergency battery issues. They were fully booked and we rocked up last minute, however they fit us in, provided amazing service and got us back on the road. Great service and highly recommend.
It's April, 2025 as I write this - better late than never. In October of 2023, we broke down in Coleman, with a water pump failure in our 1999 VW. A waitress in a Coleman restaurant recommended Impact, and we managed to 'abandon' our car there and made it home to Lethbridge. Impact was extremely backed up at that time, but managed to diagnose and do a major repair which included a new timing belt on a vehicle that they don't often see. Our son was on his way to Fernie and the belt tensioner failed on our Volvo. I called Impact and they were able to diagnose the problem, get new parts on the way and have him back on the road in less than 24 hours. Very helpful and kind. Thank you Impact!
