Crook!!! Do not use this guy. Do your homework and read his other reviews. Takes deposits and doesn't do the work. I lost a $250 deposit. He also used my visa to charge $100 to a hair salon. This guy needs to be shut down.
Do not use Impact Upholstery. Took patio cushions to Impact Feb. 28. Told it would take 1 week to 10 days. Worst customer service EVER!!! Picked up cushions end of July. NOTHING was done to the cushions!!! NOTHING!! Yes Covid hit BUT if cushions were done in the time frame promised we would have had them before Mid-March. Shawn does not return calls. He is not available when he says he will be. And stated multiple times he had the fabric. I don’t believe for a second he ever had the fabric. Continuous lies the entire experie... read more

This company is untrustworthy and dishonest. In December of 2019, I dropped off my sports car for a minor seat repair. When he called to say my car was ready - he said that he hadn’t moved it because he couldn’t find reverse. (It’s a manual transmission which he assured me he could drive.) He then said he wouldn’t be there since he was leaving to do an estimate. I did see him, paid him plus a tip and he very quickly left.
