The alternator had pack up on our Jeep. An early morning phone call, Simon came out later that day to the caravan park we were staying and diagnosed the problem. Our car was undriverable, he drove me back to the workshop and let me have a free loan car. Later that evening he came back to check the charger he also loaned me to make sure the battery was charging. Showed up this afternoon with indicator issues. The gentleman located the problem promptly and fixed the issue quickly! Letting us know what was going on. Left us with some extra fuses just in case and didn't charge much! Highly recommend for fast and prompt service when they could've turned us away for being busy!
Passing through Moama in our caravan and we had a problem with our electric brakes. Even without an appointment Simon checked our Red Arc unit on the spot, found a fault and had us back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Simon and his business
