My hood wouldn't latch properly and I brought it here. Josh was so nice and didn't even charge me to look at it. Very helpful!!
I took my vehicle to Impact Auto after hitting a deer, and I had a fantastic experience. Josh was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were thorough, fast, and friendly throughout. Impact Auto handled everything with my insurance company and my claim, which made the whole process much easier for me. My car looks great, and I couldn't be happier!! Highly recommend!!

Needing a collision business is stressful enough, but Josh made the whole job as painless as possible . He worked with my insurance, made the drop off at my convenience, all repairs were complete on time and when I went to pick it up, they had detailed my car! I picked up a freshly washed car that had been vaccumed - even the door panels, and clean windows! Professional from beginning to end. Sadly, can only give 5 stars.....
