I would not recommend this guy at all. I took my truck in to get looked at for a leak and a few other things. I took what he thought it was but he would have to get back to me with the estimate. But it’s been almost 3 weeks and i have called him and he just keeps giving me the run around and why he can’t get me an estimate for the work yet. So I’m having to paying someone to look it over again and have someone else fix it.
I appreciate Jeff and his guys getting my truck done in a timely manner. He replaced a turbo on my ram 2500. His communication was clear, professional and he is highly knowledgeable.
Jeff is a stand up human. Honest and cares about taking care of his clients. I am grateful that I got my ‘96 F250 and ‘98 Lance slide in camper in working order for living on the road at his shop. He was consistently patient and communicated best options for my rig. It can be disheartening as a woman to find safe and honest support in this industry and I always trusted Jeff and his team to treat me with respect. This is a great repair shop. It’s the kind of place you feel like you could hang out and have a beer at, while shooting the *#%*. Yet, Jeff is professional and knows what customer service is all about. For instance, he kindly removed some aftermarket performance chips from my (new to me) truck, and didn’t even charge me. I’ll be coming back to him moving forward, no doubt. Plus his dog Diesel is amazing.
Honest. Competent. Treats you like a human first. Was able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem for reasonable $ that the dealership couldn't do with triple time and asking for triple the money. Jeff was extra helpful in many ways, going above and beyond. Did what he said he was going to do. Wasn't trying to squeeze money out of me, but also fairly compensated himself.
