Fantastic place! I've been attending for about a year and a half and I can't imagine going back to an ordinary gym. The workouts are fun, challenging, and I leave feeling satisfied. The coaches are enthusiastic and supportive
I've been a member of ImpaCT for a good 2 years now. It's been a life changer. I never worked out a day in my life before joining. I do live an active life, as my job is physically taxing, but I never had the interest in going to the gym. The coaches are truly great, making sure everyone is able to do the workouts at their own level but also so motivational in that you want to push more and succeed in everything you do. The gym itself is amazing and offers so much, but it is the environment and the athletes at ImpaCT are what truly make the gym as amazing as it is.
