Dan installed 2 units for me back in 2022. Everything went great. I got better units at a lower price than the “Big Name” companies could offer. Fast forward to today - I wake up to a strange noise coming from one of my units. I send Dan a text and a video. He responds instantly and tells me he can stop by same day. Got it fixed right up. Dan Abel with Impact Air was awesome! He showed up super quickly, had our unit fixed in under 30 minutes, and made the whole process easy. He wasn’t pushy at all, just really professional and informative. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help. Definitely recommend him if you need HVAC work done!

My longtime HVAC guy retired so I was not looking forward to finding a new company. I got lucky when Dan Able/Impact Air was recommended to me. I also just happened to run into a meticulous mechanical engineer friend who also used Dan for a new installation, and he was extremely impressed. Dan quickly did a swap out install for me when it was extremely hot. Quality work at a reasonable price. The customer service is the worse ever, they call you in a very rude way, they schedule appointments week days and timeframe is whole 9 hours, meaning you can’t work that they, they call 20 minutes prior they arrival and suddenly if you are 5 minutes away they harassed you saying they will leave. They can’t pretend people need to wait whole 9 hours for their service
