This is a good program for children a well as adults. It's helping my grandkids feel btr about themselves. They are so excited to go to class. The masters are very good people. They are patient with the students and work with them. They hadn't had their uniforms yet😁
The kiddos love it and they know how to interact well with kids who have attitude problems. They have much patience with the kids and seem to love teaching them as much as the kids love learning it. I most definitely recommend this place is you're looking for self defense for you or your kids. All ages practice here.
