We just had our 2025 KIA repaired at Impact Auto due to an unfortunate incident caused by another driver. I was so upset and was sure after being repaired, it would never look like the car we just bought. Well, I was totally WRONG! Sam was fantastic! Gave us a lesson in how insurance works these days, and kept us totally in the know! The repair was done a day prior to anticipated, paint color matched 100%, and car was washed and polished! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
They are good service, friendly they finish on time they did great shop
