Sam and Hope. Were outstanding to work with. Repaired our truck and it looks like the damage was never done. Sam was informative and always pleasant both on the phone and in person. Would not hesitate to use his services again

I cannot say enough great things about Impact Auto and the owner Sam. From the initial introduction and quote for body damage on our 2023 Tesla they had the best customer service! We decided to go with them as a Tesla approved and recommended body shop after getting other estimates at shops we were not impressed with. Sam was extremely communicative through the process, worked tirelessly with the insurance company (who was not being cooperative) to get proper repairs and parts approved. Honestly, could not have been better! They were not a "preferred" or whatever with my insurance, but they are close to where I live and I really liked them when I got a quote. So I pushed to use them, and so glad I did! They worked with me on waiting till parts came in, great communication, fast, and the quality of the work is like magic 😍😍... Hard to imagine you would regret this place.
