I have been seeing this dynamic duo for deep tissue Massage and Rolfing for several years and highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable of anatomy and muscle tendon issues. For me, my 43 year career in IT has caused several issues with neck and shoulders. They have helped me immensely in providing relief so that I can enjoy retirement living. Quality care at reasonable prices; you won’t be disappointed in their service.
Ryan Pack is an exceptionally skilled Rolfer. Since working with him, my body functions better overall—I have improved mobility and I’m no longer in pain. I’ve even been able to significantly reduce how often I need to see a chiropractor, which has been an added bonus. Ryan is professional, thoughtful, and clearly very knowledgeable, and the facility itself is calm, comfortable, and relaxing. I highly recommend his work.
Ryan has a magical ability to straighten and reconnect bodies that have been slumped by accident or bad posture for years. I came to him in 2017 after a car accident bent, boat, and told I may never walk properly again. Had I believe the Western doctors and not listened to my own self I would not be walking.
