First impressions: Sign up process was done thru an app and it was so easy. The gym has all the weight machines that I was looking for as someone who is seriously getting into lifting. They got all the dumbbells and all the plates you need. The atmosphere is nice and chill. I like the security that they have in place where each member has to have their card or phone scanned. I have been going to this gym when it opened in 2012 under different management "Everybody Fitness". The improvement with IMP Fitness under the leadership/ownership of Joe is amazing. This gym is the absolutely the cleanest, most pristine gym. I am just so impressed as to how clean it is. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and the staff is always so helpful. Even the members are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a gym in Fairfax, VA you should come here and check it out.

Read the other negative reviews they are there for a reason. The owner is a control freak. If it wasn't for him the location is very convenient.

Zach was great. He paid attention to my expressed goals for the training sessions and showed us exercises and machines that we were not familiar with. He is easy to work with and very patient. He also explains well, is empathetic, and really knows how to put someone at ease. We look forward to working with him more to achieve our fitness goals.
