I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Don’t even get me started about the friendly employees, my water broke near the dumbells, and their very friendly employee, Johanson I believe, wiped it up for me as I was sprinting to my mode of transportation with my umbilical cord dangling; This place is single handedly the reason my baby boy was delivered in a proper fashion(prior to this, my baby was delivered straight into the dumpster) :)

Great place when I lived in town! The gym atmosphere is great, the machines are great and well maintained. The staff is always the nicest and welcoming as well! The owner was kind as well! Overall great choice always

This is the place if you are serious about working out. I’m a pretty experienced lifter and I’m only an intermediate at IMP. No frills gym with all the right equipment (yes, all). They consistently upgrade the machines, keep the place clean, etc. Trainers know their stuff and they offer teen group training which has been great for my daughter working on her sport specific training. Always my go-to gym when I’m home for the holidays. They have a $35-week pass which is perfect for short term visits. On top of that, this gym has a great selection of equipment and sufficient barbell racks. As a woman I feel pretty safe and comfortable here - a lot of high school students attend, but it never feels like a toxic environment / meat market to me. Love how it’s family owned as well.
