Zach was great. He paid attention to my expressed goals for the training sessions and showed us exercises and machines that we were not familiar with. He is easy to work with and very patient. He also explains well, is empathetic, and really knows how to put someone at ease. We look forward to working with him more to achieve our fitness goals.
What an excellent little gym! Customer service goes above and beyond. I stopped in to purchase a membership & a few training sessions as a gift for my partner for beating cancer. Both the owner and Bella on Staff were extremely helpful in person and responsive to my emails. My partner has loved going- highly recommend.
