I had a heavy fall on my left hip resulting in painfull Gluteus and Minimus tendon tears, Labral tear and Bursitis. My doctor recommended me to Rodney Wainwright. Rodney read the report and examined the area. He asked where I was experiencing pain, massaged the area and applied an electronic Tens machine to help with pain. He also gave me a printed exercise routine (with diagrams) for me to do. I am a 70 year old male. I have been receiving physiotherapy treatment from Rodney Wainwright at Miranda Medical Centre. I had been suffering from Achilles tendonitis for approximately 12 months and had tried anti-inflammatory drugs and different excercise regimens before seeing Mr. Wainwright. Achilles tendonitis is a notoriously difficult injury to recover from.
