I came to I.MOVE because I was having pain and mobility issues in my shoulder. There’s been a night and day difference since I started with working with Dr. David, he’s been very friendly, helpful and patient with my on my recovery journey. I’d definitely recommend I.MOVE to anybody who’s looking to get over an injury.

I know theses guys from several CrossFit competitions and today they were life savers. An hour before the competition, I tweaked my back and was on the brink of not being able to move at all. David helped me out instantly: he localized the pain, identified the source and knew exactly what to do. Started seeing Dr. Dann at IMOVE for some knee pain I was dealing with. He started by doing a comprehensive exam to see where I was at and what needed to be done. Then we moved forward with treating the issue and he came up with unique exercises to strengthen my knees. He is so thorough and thoughtful with his treatment process. I was dealing with some aches and pains that I attributed to getting older and some decreased conditioning. I decided it was time to invest in my overall health and wellbeing only to discover that these aches and pains could be resolved - What a relief!! It has been amazing to be in a place that is non-judgmental as I rebuild my strength and mobility working with such a knowledgeable and helpful expert in body mechanics and conditioning! 10/10 would recommend!!

I'd like to first praise Dr. Dann for taking a leap of faith and breaking out of the snap-crackle-pop chiro status quo and into something more individual for the patient/client. During our sessions, he would perform custom treatments and review and address my repetitive motor patterns that could interfere with my healing. I've really learned a lot through this process.
