We have been going to IMO for over 40 years. This time when we went they charged me for a water. ( you got to be kidding me right). I have never been charged for water in all my years at IMOs or any other restaurant. The person who took our order at the register said that we had to pay for two drinks because they both use the same glass. Does that make any since? I am done with IMOs.

My nearest imos is awesome, but i ordered from somewhere else last night. The website is god awful in design. Aside from poor design, the passwords being automatically hidden without the option to show them is annoying. You've lost BUSINESS because of this from myself and apparently others. I see other reviews not liking the website, but something tells me the corporate part of this business will ignore because the franchise owners will be first to suffer. We need an imos in Houston ASAP !!! So many St.louis natives down here. You would make so much money. The closest to St.louis style pizza is dogtown pizza....nah.
Delivery takes forever, was sitting on the door 2 hours, and no one touched my trailer.
