Took awhile to place the order over the phone. The Employee was a bit slow, and had to repeat my credit card number many times. I ordered 2 large pizzas, and a 24 count of Ravioli. Food arrived on time. I tipped the driver 10.00, and the driver took off. Got the food inside, and realized there was no sauce for the ravioli. Immediately called Imo's back and told the employee I had ordered from the driver didn't give me any sauce. He said he would call the driver. I never heard back. This is going to be confusing review, the food taste alone is 5 stars. I got the T Rav and pizza box combo delivered well done like I ordered. Delivery guy was nice and on time. 2 stars knocked off overall and giving service 2 stars for how the pizza was not at all sliced when I got it. I had to use my own pizza cutter. Small things I know, but not cutting the pizza is a big miss
Absolutely loved my experience here, came here a couple days ago and spoke with dark brown hair and tattoos, she had top tier customer service, helping me find coupons, friendly, and had an amazing attitude. Never once had a bad experience here. Employees and managers show great dedication and respect in their jobs while working. I recommend this location to anyone around me.
if I could give no stars I would this imos it self is a good place but the manager Alex is the rudest person ever and so is the employee that is pregnant I usually get food from there every week but since they r employees there I honestly don’t think I will be returning and honestly I would like to speak with someone else who is higher up then the managers
