We were having trouble ordering through the website so we tried to call the Imo’s closest to our branch and were on hold forever. When calling this location, someone answered right away and was VERY pleasant and helpful. We were technically outside their delivery area but they made an exception for us and delivered to us anyway. The woman who took our very large order was so friendly & patient. Best taste in the STL
Ask for a delivery this time around and after 50 mins and still no one I called back, asked for eta and was rudely given a response of another 10 to 15mins, so I asked if another hot pizza can be delivered and found whomever said definately no way, well after her being very disrespectful I will no longer patronize here.
