If you want to taste the world’s slowest pizza, you have to waste 45 minutes. We then waited another 10 minutes just to get a refund for the pizza I had waited 45 minutes for.
The person who works here told me 15 minutes first, then we came and put your pizza in the back, she said you will wait another 20 minutes. It’s been 30 minutes and I’m still waiting for a pizza.
Constantly ignores phone calls despite being open, apparently this location hates doing their job and loves closing early without any notice on their website, Google maps, or literally anything. Just have fun waiting on hold every single time you call
Ordered on the app for pickup. App said the store closed at 10:00 and I had 7 minutes to get my order in at 8:53 for a pickup before they closed. After I ordered I got a call saying they couldn’t process my order and that they close at 9:00 even after the app took my order and charged my card. Then told me they couldn’t issue a refund and I would need to call back the next day to get my card refunded. Terrible customer service.
