Awesome food
Absolutely horrible delivery experience. The delivery person would not bring my order to my apartment, I had to go meet him in the lobby. Normally this would not matter, but I’m in the building across the street, and they always (until tonight) bring it up. I even had the delivery instructions written on the order ticket with a delivery pass. The food was cold, looked horrible and did not taste like it usually does. I tried for 20 minutes to call the store for a resolution- but I was left on hold. What a HORRIBLE experience ... read more
Bad behaviour
Ordered on line with a scheduled 90 min advanced pickup time. Waited 20 mins on the outside window and it was burnt. Won’t use this location again.
Scheduled an order for pick up, food was not ready, was lied to about status of order and ended up waiting at the store for an hour only to have the order voided. Totally disorganized and have no system.
