The thin crust pizza is so good & most of the people here are extremely nice but I got called a racial slur over the phone because a worker assumed I was "prank calling" when I attempted to order an XL pizza.
I called to tell the manage that my salad is part bad lettuce and half the salad is huge core pieces and much less leafy. She said she won't accept the salad back and no refund. She said we could drive back up there and they would remake it and she doesn't even want the gross old salad back. I don't like the patronizing way that she talked to me, like she REALLY doesn't give a care about her actual job, customers, or food quality. Been eating IMOs my whole life and even worked at a south StL loc in high school. They make the best gluten free pizza!!! I’m very happy with this particular location, good service and quantity pizza
