Ordered at 5:56, didn’t get our food till after 8:30… was cold when it arrived. Happy they delivered….🤷🏼♀️
Called in pizza @ 5pm for window pick up Friday evening. Told 5:30 pick up time. Arrived in line and wait over 20 min before the first vehicle in line moved, others got out of line and went in. Came out without pizzas , said they are running behind. Recieved pizza at 6 without a single sorry for the wait or anything. Of course it was cold and stuck to the box.
Waited for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Walked out
My husband and I walked in on a Saturday at 1:30. There were two other people who had been seated and no one else. We were not greeted we were not acknowledged in any way shape or form. We stood there for almost 10 minutes and finally left.
