This company has the absolute worst loan officers in the history of lending. I am the listing agent in a transaction headed by Kelli Ross in the Roseville branch. After passing the Close Of Escrow date I emailed and inquired why. Jennifer Igou is excellent the best of the best. Quick, fast, detailed, communicated through email, phone, and in person. She expedited my loan so fast we closed before 30 days. Not to mention I didn't find her until the start of the contingency period! She had me approved and had the appraisal done before the end of the inspection period. Simply amazing!
