Delays. Delays, everywhere. In short, if you want to close on time, don't go with them. The people are very friendly, but even after setting a close date that was two months out, we're having to ask for an extension. This is our second home, and our first was nowhere near this troublesome. I think the worst part about it, isn't necessarily that there's a delay, it's the lack of communication. If there was a zero star I would give it to them. They cant seem to get money or paperwork together. I closed on a house and then had to wait hours to get the keys due to this company not releasing funds. I had cancel movers because of the delays. This people are horrible. Just say no this company.
