Terrible so far. Derrick at Customer service on my first call to iMortgage's Customer Service hung up the phone on me when I asked him to repeat to me what he was saying about the "disclosure statement" that he was required to say. Very Un-customer service. When I then tried to reach the company by phone again, this time going to the website to obtain an executive officer's phone number I was told the operation hours are 8am Monday through Friday and it was after 8am and no one answered the phone.
